Physical Verification of Documents — Newly Admitted (WBCAP) Students
All newly admitted candidates (through WBCAP) are hereby informed that physical verification of documents at the college will be held from 27.06.2026 to 04.07.2026.
A detailed, day-wise schedule will be published shortly. Please check the admission notice board regularly for updates.
Complete all four steps before arriving for verification
Create your ABC ID
Create your Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID through DigiLocker. This is required at every stage of the admission process.
Submit the Anti-Ragging affidavit
Fill the Anti-Ragging form online, obtain your reference number, and download the signed undertaking document. No hard copy submission of this document is required.
Application in College Admission Portal Mandatory for all
- Login: First, register into the college admission portal using your WBCAP application ID.
- Details & Subjects: Fill in the necessary details. Select your main subject and choose your IDCs (Interdisciplinary Courses) for Sem-1, Sem-2, and Sem-3. Important: You must select 3 different IDC subjects, and they must be entirely different from your main subject.
- Upload Documents: Upload all required files. Your Income Certificate and the Anti-Ragging Affidavit (from Step 2) are mandatory for upload.
- Payment: Pay any additional admission fees if needed.
Finally, download the following documents and bring 2 copies of each to the physical verification:
